A {$50000.00} credit line was taken out from XXXX XXXX in the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and used my name as the 100 % owner of the company. I have never had any affiliation with this company or XXXX XXXX. The first I was aware of this was after a default judgement was entered against me. I went to court on XXXX for a motion to vacate renewal was not successful. I wrote a letter to the bank and also asked the collection agency ( States Recovery Systems ) to supply me with the original loan documents to no avail. The information on the loan application submitted by XXXX XXXX XXXX is fictitious and not associated with me in any way. There is no supporting documentation for the loan : No copy of my valid driver 's license No business and/or financial documentation associated with me in any way No copy of bank/liquidity account statement associated with me in any way No tax return information associated with me in any way No articles of Incorporation for XXXX & XXXX XXXX filed with the Secretary of State, which bear my name The signature on the loan is not mine and never lived in XXXX XXXX. It is also alarming that the bank officer on the loan application has the same last name of the treasurer of XXXX XXXX XXXX.
