On XX/XX/2023 CREDENCE RESOURCE MANA showed up on my credit file. Stating that I owe an alleged debt of {$200.00}. I never got any correspondence from this company before having them appear on my credit report. I just woke up one day and they were reporting. CREDENCE RESOURCE MANA is in violation of the validation of debts ( which is codified at 15 us 1692g ) because they never sent any correspondence to verify that I owe the debt or to allow me to depute the alleged debt. I don't know who this company is or where they came from. One thing I do know is they are practicing abusive business practices and harmed my credit file. Since they fraudulently reported on my credit file my credit file has been damaged by a total of XXXX points.
