Loan servicer EdFinancial is engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresenting information, and not disclosing information regarding the repayment process for loans for borrowers with active Borrower 's Defense cases. EdFinancial is purposely misleading borrower 's in order to pro-long the period in which interest will accrue on the loans they are servicing. See attachment for full explanation of issue explained to FSA Ombudsman. CFPB complaint was previously filed earlier this month, this complaint includes substantially more background.
