In XXXX I deposited {$38000.00} XXXX year XXXX with Etrade / Morgan Stanley. In XXXX XXXX XXXX, I requested the XXXX be closed and funds transferred to me. After numerous delays, further documentation was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX which included the distribution form and state XXXX requested. I also want to add, in XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a 1099-R for {$1800.00}. I never received a check for that amount or was given a copy of the cancelled check. Im still waiting for the balance of my account to be paid to me.
