XX/XX/23 : I received an email from Resident Advocate claiming I owed them {$1300.00} with an incorrect address listed and said that I had to dispute the claim by XX/XX/23. I sent an email back to them on XX/XX/23 and disputed it due to an ongoing open case on the apartment. XX/XX/23 : I received a voicemail from Resident Advocate to call them. I then proceeded to send them a letter in the mail asking them to validate themselves by sending the original contract with my signature, the creditor 's information ; ( name, address, phone number ), the payment history with an itemized billing list associated with the account number and proof of ownership and that they are authorized to collect payment. And stated, " As per Section 609, I am entitled to see this information and you must provide it to me within 30 days. '' Then I put my legal representation with their phone number and signed the letter with my wet signature while letting them know they had the wrong address listed. XX/XX/23 : I received another voicemail from Hunter Warfield to call them. XX/XX/23 : I received another email with the same information I had previously saying I owed {$1300.00} and that I had until XX/XX/23 to dispute the claim again. XX/XX/23 : I received another email with a resolution offer for {$1100.00} saying I was allotted 30 days to make a payment to receive the 20 % savings. XX/XX/23 : I received another voicemail telling me to call them back.
