I called equifax a month ago and made sure I was speaking respectively with a low tone. I expressed my concerns of unauthorized inquiries & errors that where fraudulent on my credit report and asked if they could be removed and was told they couldn't do it so I let him know about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Law 111-203, X 124 state 1092 ( XXXX ) Fair credit reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 u.s.c. 1681 ( FCRA ) and asked to speak to the supervisor and repeated it after he told me he couldn't do nothing then he told me I don't care what law u say it's not going to make me do anything, I said this is the fraud department right, then I said your committing fraud and asked his name and hung up. I lost the paper I wrote his name on. I sent the second letters to all three bureaus recently and I don't see any changes at all. Please help me
