Consumer Narrative

I recieved a debit card in the mail from Chime ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FDIC ), I did not open a bank account with this company nor did I request a card. I called them and requested that my account be immediately closed, provided them the card number on the card they sent to me- they requested my personal information which I would not provide, they said they could not help me unless I provided it. It appears either this company is a scam or they are enabling fraudsters to steal personal information.
