I had paid the majority of my Affirm.com loan when my income was suddenly reduced by a lot ( I am living on {$1000.00} a month ). I contacted them to try to obtain a reduced payment plan, but they said they do not offer this. They said to go ahead and schedule a payment, even though I did not have the money to pay it. Since then I have been making smaller payments when I can. However, today I received a noticed the loan has been charged off and reported. This is incredibly upsetting because Ive tried my best to make payments and they offered no support. Now my credit will have a negative mark, making it even harder for me financially.
