XXXX - I requested account closure. XXXX - Login capability and account disappear, no communication from bank. I request clarication via in-app chat. XXXX - Receive email saying account was closed and remaining balance sent via ACH to account on record. I respond advising that the account on record was closed and to send money to my address via check. XXXX - XXXX I send XXXX more emails requesting a response inquiring about my money. XXXX - Receive response saying money will come back to XXXX within a few days since the recipient account was closed and a check will be sent to me. XXXX - I email requesting an update. XXXX - I receive a response that XXXX has my money and will send a check soon. XXXX - I email asking for an update. XXXX I send XXXX more emails asking for an update. XXXX - I am against told a check will be sent out soon, I demand a date since the same thing was said XXXX weeks before. I am told it will be sent " tomorrow. '' XXXX - XXXX - I send XXXX more emails demanding return of my money and conrmation a check was sent to me. To date I do not have my money, nor any apology or explanation for how poorly this has been handled. XXXX is a sham institution and should be shut down. I have interacted with " XXXX '' and " XXXX '', likely pseudonyms, and still do not have my money. On XX/XX/XXXX, after advising the bank complaints had been filed with the Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of Currency, I received another response the time admitting no check was sent XX/XX/XXXX, but claiming it was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I still do not have my money or an adequate explanation of what is happening. This is theft plain and simple.
