Hello, I have tried several times to deal with the customer service reps to no end. My credit report is being affected by wrongly reported lates. Account XXXX is being reported late in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX ( which is paid off ) is being reported late for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX ( in which a XXXX payment was made on the XXXX ). but I am not being credited with a {$200.00} and a payment that was retried and successful from my account on XX/XX/XXXX. It is only showing reversed in your records on XX/XX/XXXX so technically the payment was made on time. Also, in XXXX being reported late but I made a XXXX payment on account XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Also on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments of XXXX were made and successful. on account XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX a payment was made and successful for XXXX and XXXX on the XXXX. So the late in XXXX and the late in XXXX are incorrect as I am also not having the XXXX payment on XX/XX/XXXX reflected as paid. I need to have these lates removed from my reports as they are incorrect and payments that were retried were not recredited to my accounts. I do believe there were more retries that we done and never credited to my accounts as well or put on the wrong accounts. I have been a long-standing client and would like to continue to be but these errors are affecting my credit rating and I was not late as payments are not being credited correctly. I see many complaints on here of the same issues from other people. SO this is a trend with this company. I am attaching all my bank payments to XXXX here. Not all have been credited to my accounts and were marked reversed when they were not. I never had any lates before on my XXXX XXXX card accounts.
