I've attempted to contact this servicer or otherwise access my account dozens of times over the past week or so. Yesterday I spent most of the day trying to get in touch with them, and have not received any communication from them, either by email, phone, or mail. Here is a detailed list of my attempts from yesterday, though this list is not inclusive of previous attempts over the past week : Type Date Description Portal XX/XX/2023 XXXX Attempted to login, got an error saying my login does not match records ( login was straight from a password manager ) Portal XX/XX/2023 XXXX Attempted to use the " Forgot Username '' function, got an error saying my login does not match records Portal XX/XX/2023 XXXX Attempted to use the " Forgot Password '' function, got an error saying my login does not match records Phone XX/XX/2023 XXXX Called and waited through 10 minutes of menus, finally got to the queue, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then they hung up Chat XX/XX/2023 XXXX Chat was ended immediately upon loading the window Chat XX/XX/2023 XXXX Chat was ended immediately upon loading the window Chat XX/XX/2023 XXXX Chat was ended immediately upon loading the window Email XX/XX/2023 XXXX Sent detailed email with the steps I had tried so far, video evidence, and a callback number Phone XX/XX/2023 XXXX Called into the hotline, went through the menus, requested a callback I will also note that I am unable to login, and when attempting to use the " Forgot Username '' or " Forgot Password '' functions, the servicer simply says that my info doesn't match the info on file. I would really like to establish my payment method before the XXXX payment deadline, and prevent a late mark on my otherwise perfect credit.
