How are there 3 PMI payments deducted for 1 month by previous mortgage company and transferred to a new servicer less than 8 days later? Dovenmuehle nor XXXX will not explain, and they will not explain how my Escrow account only has {$6000.00}. On XXXX XXXX there was a third-party payment to Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. on my behalf. There is an ERROR with the way money has been disbursed towards my account. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( DOVENMUEHLE ) XXXX XXXX id # XXXX is very rude and disrespectful and still give the wrong information about not locating my third party payment. On XXXX XXXX there was a new direct deposit third-party payment again on my behalf and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. accepted the payment but did not apply and did not transfer the funds to the new mortgage loan servicer. I have been given the runaround for weeks about this payment. I have called numerous times, I have sent several emails as well. I keep being told that the back end office are not able to locate the payment. THIS IS FALSE INFORMATION. The money cleared per third-party payor, which is how I was able to provide : PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER, BANK PAYEE NUMBER, BANK TRACE NUMBER and all other receipts from XXXX as proof of PAID for XXXX XXXX. I called again today @ XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX/DOVENMUEHLE MORTGAGE INC has still been lying saying they only received XXXX payment when I clearly provided the XXXX payment information. DOVENMUEHLE AND XXXX KEEPS LYING SAYING THEY CAN NOT LOCATE PAYMENT TO TRANSFER TO FREEDOM MORTGAGE, also they will not provide me with a tracking number either.
