Consumer Narrative
Good evening. I am reaching out for help because of the unresolved medical collections that continue to remain on my credit report in the amount of {$2000.00} in spite of me disputing having no knowledge of these companies or services rendered with all 3 credit bureaus in XXXX of XXXX and XXXX, and {$940.00} medical reported today. I also disputed unsuccessfully the loan balance appearing for {$4100.00} which should be XXXX balance. I contacted the bank and was told they reported my XXXX balance in XX/XX/XXXX to all 3 credit bureaus. There is also a repo reported as a charge off for XXXX XXXX on XXXX but does not appear on XXXX, this was disputed in XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX as incorrect but has not been corrected. These unresolved items is attributing to a lowered credit score impacting my ability to attain proper housing and a wheelchair vehicle to transport my XXXX mother. Additionally, In accord with law 15 U.S.C which is the FDCPA section 1692c ( b ) please help remove any and all negative items reported by all three credit bureaus as these reportings are a violation of law. No prior written consent was ever given to any debt collector to communicate any debt. 15 U.S. Code 1692c Communication in connection with debt collection ( b ) Communications With Third Parties- Except as provided in section 1692b of this title, without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector, or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, or as reasonably necessary to effectuate a post judgment judicial remedy, a debt collector may not communicate, in connection with the collection of any debt, with any person other than the consumer, his attorney, a consumer reporting agency if otherwise permitted by law, the creditor, the attorney of the creditor, or the attorney of the debt collector.
