I have been disputing the debt reported by XXXX XXXX they have stated that the card was sent to an address previously used by myself and payment were made from a bank account associated with my name on it, while I don't know if this is factually true I have always contented that my ex-wife or her children could have opened the account in my name and would have had access to both the address and our account as such I have request on numerous occasions documentation showing where I have signed for anything to do with this account which they are required to produce under the fair credit act, however all I have received from XXXX and XXXX XXXX are statements showing charges with no receipts, no signatures and no proof of ownership.
