EQUIFAX CONTINUES TO KEEP REPORTING BOTH OF THESE ACCOUNTS AS " PAYS AS AGREED '' WHEN BOTH HAVE BEEN PAID OFF & CLOSED! KEEPING THEM IN A STATUS OF " OPEN '' HAS LOWERED MY SCORE TO XXXX! THE CREDITOR TRIED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT EQUIFAX REFUSES TO OBLIGE. I REPORTED THE CREDITOR AGAIN TO THE XXXX IN ORDER TO GET THEIR ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER & REQUESTED THEY DELETE IT & DISCONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH EQUIFAX SINCE THEY'RE TOO INCOMPETENT TO REPORT INFORMATION ACCURATELY! SEE ALL ATTACHED INCLUDING THE FCRA LAW THAT STATES IF THE INFORMATION CAN NOT BE REPORTED ACCURATELY, WHICH IT HAS NOT BEEN ON EITHER ACCOUNT, THEN IT MUST BE DELETED OR THE CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO SUE THE BUREAU & CREDITOR.
