Per the Privacy Act of 1974 and 15 USC 1681b- permissible purpose, all 3 credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX Equifax XXXX are in violation of my federally protected rights by reporting child support on my consumer report AND in my credit file. Child support payments and collections are NOT extensions of any credit, purchase money loan, installment loan, or other consumer transactions and should be removed from my consumer reports AND credit file. This is also in violation of UDAAP, FCRA, and FDCPA.
