I went into their business thinking I was going to get a car same day and only have my credit run once. I even asked the sales person XXXX if they were going to run my credit once and he said yes they have an in house finance person and my credit will only be ran once. They ended up running my credit twice and then tried to send me to a credit union to have it ran once again! I tried to dispute them but the lady from Experian told me to ask the company for a letter stating that we are not going through with the vehicle purchase and to pull the report/inquiry that they did but they are not cooperating and refusing to send it to me so I can have it disputed. All in all I just feel scammed, they did not communicate well with me at all and pulled all the strings behind the scenes and tried to get me to pay wayyy more and have my credit run multiple times when they guaranteed me otherwise
