Dating back to XX/XX/2023 I submitted a dispute through the creditor Experian and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, at that time i was disputing the improper use of my credit report based upon 15 usc 1681 Permissible Purpose. Ive shown how they have improperly used my report, reporting erroneous negative information causing my credibility to be questioned and at times denied. Can you please advise them to do whats right and remove these errors as I will seek Litigations if not removed promptly. I have sent NUMEROUS request to have this done and now it has reached an advanced stage past the recommended allocated time.
