My wife is the sole owner of her property. I am not on the deed to the home. PNC bank is the mortgage holder. XXXX XXXX ( AVP, Operations Manager, Loss Claims ) from PNC bank is the sole person responsible for this disaster. The high level executive told me over the phone that he could not do anything for me. His license to practice in this industry should be revoked. This is a serious issues as I even have a HUD Counselor intervene in this matter, and PNC does not care. My name should not be on the " Notice of Default ''.
