XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DEALERSHIP/AMERICAN FINANCIAL was a very dishonest company and legally scammed thousands of customers. After XXXX rounds of disputes I was able to have the account deleted from my profile with supporting evidence. On XX/XX/XXXX customers learned via XXXX from fired employees that our signatures were forged. Additionally that current/delinquent customers were being sent to collections. XXXX XXXX, did not reach out until XX/XX/XXXX via text message only ; no formal documentation. The company also violated XXXX of the contract which states any changes in this lease must be in writing and signed by you and XXXX. I originally got this leased vehicle with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a letter stating they apologize they werent able to finance me and provide me with a vehicle. Furthermore the manager went from telling me my down payment was {$750.00} to changing it at signing to {$1200.00} instead. At the time I was in a desperate situation and needed transportation for my children and I. From the start Ive had nothing but issues with this company dishonesty. When customers learned the news we were guided via dmv & news outlet to make a complaint with AL Attorney General, which I did and seeked legal advice. On XX/XX/XXXX I successfully had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account removed from my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX XXXX was repossessed from my location ; I have no knowledge of its whereabouts. As of XX/XX/XXXX in the midst of me attempting to finance a vehicle I am unable to and learn of a 90 DAY DELINQUENT ACCOUNT BEING REPORTED BY XXXX XXXX XXXX FOR A {$33000.00} BALANCE, REPORTING PAST DUE 90 DAYS FOR {$1600.00}. THE ACCOUNT IS REPORTING AS OPENED XX/XX/XXXX I HAVE NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX. At the time of learning what this scandalous company did to current customers as myself through terminated employees via XXXX, it was rumored the company was filing bankruptcy. I had this account DELETED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT ONXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am requesting that you IMMEDIATELY DELETE this erroneous account from my credit profile. Your company has violated many FDCRA REGULATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS, starting with harassment of phone calls and calling at XXXX!!!!! I look forward to your cooperation of the guidelines set forth under the FDCPA and FCRA. Furthermore, I request that you cease & desist reporting of these alleged debts and delete this erroneous account and all unauthorized personal information in your database.
