This in follow up to complaint XXXX. ( I don't see an option for supplementing existing complaints so I have created this new complaint. ) I requested information from XXXX on my XXXX Parent Plus loans. EdFinancial has, to date, refused to comply yet I am responsible for payments on these loans. EdFinancial refuses to share relevant and important information on my loans. Please help me with these predatory and lending actions.
