On XXXX XXXX. I received XXXX credit alerts from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX that I took out a loan on XX/XX/2024 for {$1000.00} at XXXX XXXX This debt was was sent to a collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have NEVER taken out a loan to this company, nor do I use Any payday loans. This debt isnt NOT mine. I called XXXX yesterday their office was closed. This is VERY alarming that Check Mart would send information to XXXX without doing their Due-Diligence by making sure all Information was correct. Both companies have VIOLATED the Truth In Lending Act, And please explain how a 3rd Party collection agency can report to the Credit Bureau. Consumers has 30 days to dispute the debt and be provided proof that the debt is valid.. That CLEARLY didnt happen! That is Clear Violation of FDCPA, and FRCA Especially when you have the WRONG person, and affecting someone Credit Score. To add insult to injury Im going through a background check for a higher job Clearance. This could totally DERAIL my ability to get that position. So I have to XXXX my Time to get this all straightened out. And let my employer know. Because Both of these companies have been negligent. If this details my career in Anyway I will be seeking legal advice in terms of a Civil suit. Im trusting this matter will be handled expeditiously!
