Neither provided no proof of the debt, but instead made a settlement options. 1 ) .Provide me with proof that you possess the legal right to collect on this debt by producing evidence, such as a transfer of the signed credit card agreement. 2 ) .Provide me with proof of chain of custody evidence signed agreement between your company and the original Creditor, such as a purchased agreement ; which must include the full purchased price your company paid to acquire this debt from original creditor. 3 ) .Proof that you are license to collect this debt in the state of Texas . 4 ) .Please provide a verified copy both front and back of the alleged debt contract/agreement/promissory note in its entirety with my signature on it, including any applications, accompanied by a commercial affidavit, sworn to be true, correct. 5 ) .Provide verification and documentation, if there is a charge-off of the alleged debt by the original creditor by providing a copy of the written agreement that created the requirement for your company to seek repayment of the debt claimed and what stipulates your terms to collect the alleged charge-off debt in its entire balance claimed owed by me to the original creditor. 6 ) .Please provide proof that the alleged debt has not been satisfied by any means available including the originator creditor receiving federal Tax write-off or credit for the entire debt used by them as a charge off. 7 ) .Please provide proof that you have not purchased the alleged debt. 8 ).
