In accordance with FRCA, XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A states I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX I demand the above aforementioned account be removed immediately. I have read from FTC & CFPB if by chance consumer finds mistakes on their credit report, they have the rights to make every possible legal way to make these reports accurate. With that, being said, the above account should not have been noted as foreclosure initiated or should reflect past 90 days delinquent. I also understand you have 30 days to complete this investigation. The above aforementioned account never foreclosed. The original loan was paid in full on XXXX XX/XX/2023 and the accurate notation should reflect CLOSED ; not OPEN in the Account Condition, and PAID IN FULL, not FORECLOSURE INITATED in the Remarks field. 0 should reflect in the Past Due -90 days field.
