I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed a lot of inquires that werent done by me. Its a defamation of character under law 15 USC1681. I asked for the credit bureau to verify this information they stated they couldnt and I had to reach out to the companies. I reached out to the XXXX XXXX they stated the same that they couldnt and for me to reach out to the credit bureau to get them removed. Still nothing has been done and this has went on for over a month.
