Commonwealth financial systems put on my credit report XX/XX/XXXXXXXX my account was delinquent for payment in the amount of {$3000.00} and it was sent to collections in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX who is original debt collector. XXXX has been coming for me since XXXX on these same medical claims that were supposed to be paid by the veterans affairs I have called the veterans affairs several times thinking the issue was through only for it to continue popping up on credit report. It is frustrating because they are supposed to file claims within three month window to receive payment they continue to go after me illegally sending threatening notices in past years about the collection when they are supposed to go through veterans affair.
