Consumer Narrative
I have received a copy of my credit report with the intentions of trying to improve my credit and take care of my applications and noticed if you accounts that I want it explanations for. Im not saying they reporting right or wrong. Im just saying that I am sure they are reporting wrong. I also read something called the fair credit reporting act which is sad by law I have the right to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. And once I started to contact the reporting agencies to dispute some of the things that were on my credit report it seem as if they updated their information with my information that I was giving them. I also thought that all three of the credit beaur were supposed to be report the accurate/same information. My reports are not showing the same information In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account XXXX for XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681i ( a ) it states if you can not provide proof accounts must be deleted. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( F ) ( ii ) it states that if the credit obligation or account was delinquent before the pandemic ( aa ) the account must maintain the delinquent status doing the period in which the pandemic is in effect. ( iii ) it states that no changes should be made to a charged off account. I would appreciate it if these accounts accounts are deleted if they are not 100 % right and accurate/correct. Could you please check on these accounts and get back with me? I also saw on the credit site in XXXX where you have 30 days to complete the investigation please investigate the following accounts and remove them if anything is missing or not correct on them. Thank you in advance
