Hello, I have called numerous times to ask Wells Fargo to take the late fees off. They refuse to even though they are the ones who bought our mortgage loan. They have been charging late fees for a while now. Not sure the dates but can look them up. Wells fargo have been charging us for more then a year. There is a grace period but when it comes to wells Fargo they are for the account fees for billions of dollars they make off of hardworking citizens. They should not be able to charge all these fees on our checking accounts and Mortgage accounts. Please help resolve this issue.
