On XXXX the XXXX XXXX. I received an alert on my phone in reference to a drastic decrease on my credit file. I reviewed my credit file and noticed that I had 2 late payments from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reached out to XXXX who I subscribe my Credit Monitoring through a paid membership, to alert them that I did not have a XXXX Account with a credit limit of {$2000.00} with a high balance of XXXX. I was informed to place an identity theft claim and submit it to the bureaus for removal and reach out to the Creditor. I went to the local XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they confirmed that this account does even exists. They ran my Social and I personally bank with this institution. I filed a dispute, with the Credit bureaus and it came back affirmed that this was my account. I was very confused that the account stated that this account was opened in XX/XX/, and it did not appear on my Credit report until XX/XX/. The high balance continues to change monthly. If you review my Credit report prior to XX/XX/, this account never appears. I have several arguments regarding this issue. This has hindered me from going forward with the purchase of my home and I would like for this account to be removed from my Credit Report. I have found several violations in reference to this account on my Credit Report.
