I purchased product from the company XXXX using a pay in four service, XXXX. I returned the merchandise within company guidelines for a full refund. The money was returned to XXXX which was then refunded to my account at Capital One. XXXX provided me with the following ARNs for the refunds : XXXX : XXXX ( {$130.00} ) XXXX : XXXX ( {$130.00} ) XXXX : XXXX ( {$130.00} ) XXXX : XXXX ( {$26.00} ) and XXXX ( {$100.00} ) Only two transactions for {$130.00} were actually returned to my account. Capital one has instructed me to try many different things including filing two different disputes and a deposit search, all of which did not return in my favor. XXXX is no help, and neither is capital one. Someone has my money and they refuse to give it to me.
