Between XXXX XXXX one of these days I found a website called upgrade.com I assume you can apply for a credit card with this card company. I submitted my social security number and address and phone number after to come to a page that requested me to submit my banking information. So I stopped. I don't understand their application process. And I called Saturday XX/XX/2023 their customer service to see if they could delete the application along with my personal information, they said they will hold on to my personal information for 5 years. Every consumer have the right to change their mind, and don't want to be bothered with this offer. I just want them to delete my personal information that is all. This is suppose to be a credit card company : Upgrade com address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX Most websites allow you to delete your personal information.
