I've asked XXXX, Equifax and XXXX for the evidence that XXXX XXXX XXXX provided them to validate debt. A lease as they provided to CFPB is not a validation of debt. I provided all credit bureaus with an FTC Complaint as I believe the collection account is fraud seeing as I've had several issues with identity theft for the past year. I have several FTC complaints that have been investigated. The IRS has notified me that someone attempted to collect unemployment as well as file tax return with my social security number. The unemployment insurance agency in XXXX also informed me that someone attempted to collect unemployment in the state of XXXX while they lived in XXXX XXXX and it was a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've asked all credit bureaus to provide me with the details that they were provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX They have failed to do this.
