On XX/XX/, I noticed a charge off and many collection entries from XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Account No. # XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Account No. # XXXX and 3. Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC., Account No. # XXXX respectively trespassing on my XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX consumer credit reports. I've requested that the consumer reporting agencies produce the original contract and after a month they still haven't responded to my notices. They are erroneously reporting a contractual debt and that a civil dispute exists us which is false, there is none to my knowledge. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act these reporting agencies have violated my rights as a natural person, and living human being numerous times. XXXX5 U.S.C. 1681, Section 602 A. states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 604 A, Section 2, states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I demand in these instructions that the three accounts listed above ( 1-3 ), be removed according to 15 U.S.C. 1681.
