I have been trying to connect and make payments with Nelnet as my student loans were transferred to them. I have seen 3 different payment totals when I log into their system. I have also tried making payments through the website but the system has been down and will not accept payments since the beginning of XXXX. When I call the customer service number the wait times are more than an hour. This is all a common issue and needs resolution. I would like to have a different company processing my student loan, but unfortunately, that is not an option given to any of us dealing with this terrible organization.
