I am trying to apply for a business credit card through Capital One, I currently have personal credit cards through them so I thought this would be a relatively straightforward process. I submitted an application which seemed to be approved, provided that I submit the following documents : -Articles of Organization for the LLC -Phone Bill with business name and physical address used on application -Bank Statement with business name and physical address used on application Because the Articles of Organization for my LLC was established under a virtual address, I could not use it for the application for a business credit card, so I used my physical address instead. Due to this, I was asked to also submit two documents showing the business name and physical address used on the application, of which I have a phone bill and bank statement. I submitted these documents with my LLC name listed and my physical address and was told they were not acceptable, and was also denied to provide any reason as to why they weren't accepted.
