On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to the company to advise that my bank account had been compromised and this was my third attempt to inform them that I had faced a financial hardship due to what happened ( my money was stolen from my bank account ). At that time, I asked to accept the offer of getting placed on a payment plan along with the courtesy of updating my account status from delinquent to current. The agent explained that once the payment that she needed to collect was posted, my account would change from delinquent to current on all three credit bureaus. During the call, I made a successful payment as well as scheduled a payment plan as she suggested, with automatic payments set to withdraw on specific dates. She advised that my account would be reflected as current and backdated for any previous months that were reflected as delinquent, and update to current. I have been checking my credit report every day since this payment occurred and it shows that I am still being reported as delinquent over 120+ days. I would like for this to be updated as stated or file a grievance or litigation for misrepresentation and incorrect reporting.
