Consumer Narrative

The sheer fact Ive sent this to the company directly as well as the PA attorney generals office under the Fair Reporting Credit Act which protects consumers. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Fiduciary ) were shown of the consumer laws they violated as well as tax fraud. It has nothing to do with an eviction. Time I educate the uneducated, which I call their appointed legal team. Once, I or anyone else gives anyone my/their SSN, that person/company then that person then acts as a Fiduciary to my Cestui Que Vie, as well becoming a Trustee. Thus meaning XXXX XXXX is now in a state of a being a fiduciary obligation to me. They create a bond, instrument and a coupon ( Which is the statement every month ) using the rental agreements. On top of that they would never disclose the miscellaneous charges every month. So what exactly is this company hiding from telling a consumer what these specific charges? Furthermore, the third party debt collector can not collect in a state, court case ( Which later on Ill debunk the court case is actually null and invalid ) or not. They dont have a proper license to collect in. Thats public knowledge on a consumer website that displays this such information. I attached each and every FCRA they have violated. The following have been uploaded : 42 USC 408 : Since there is no lawful money, any establishments, asking for a SSN for credit transactions or loans, is actually committing a crime. This company then used the power of 31 USC 3123 when they create under a rental statement/agreement. This meaning under this how they used XXXX XXXX to make an off-ledger account ( This Fiduciary was using my Cestui Que Vie to collect an account with interest in my name ), to take the rental agreement ( Instrument ) in place of the certificate of indebtness which in turn leads to them making money lawful after sending it off to the Secretary of Treasury. Then they can then proceed to charge interest as they deem fit. Now when this Fiduciary took me to court they are now in violation of 26 USC 6903a. -They never got my Delegation of Authority to act, for me by opening a court case account number. Therefore, a debt collector ( as well as an Attorney ) can never have permission of a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to 15 USC 1692. Which 15 USC 1692 gives rise to conspiracy to circumvent the FDCPA ; extortion, misappropriation and a slew of violations. After still fighting, alongside with the PA attorney general office, both the PA attorney general office as well as this company, are in violation of 18 USC 894- Collection of extensions of credit by extrotionate means. Which I highly suggest you read over the fines/imprisonment factors. As for the other attached files are ; consumer /credit reports they have done which states of each markings on my credit/consumer report negatively, which if taken to court. Thats {$1000.00} per offense on top of the slew of other crimes they are committing of tax fraud.
