I have tried calling, emailing, and using the chat box EdFinancial have on their website to try and correct my status for my student loans from payment due to an in school status. I am currently in XXXXXXXX XXXX and will graduate in XXXX but they have me set up to pay my loans starting in XXXX of XXXX. I already contacted my schools financial aid office and they said that they automatically send out my XXXX status to Clearing House to confirm my enrollment and to any loan providers that are interconnected. I don't know what to do anymore, no one is picking up and when they do they hang up on me and then I have to wait another 3 hours to get a call back and that's if they don't close before then. I'm stressing out and I can't afford to pay anything until after graduation. Is there anyway EdFinancial can be contacted to fix the status on my student loan account from " payment due '' to an " in school status or deferment status ''?
