My Wife and I called Global Lending customer service several times between XXXX, Request for the removal of a late payment reported to my credit. The payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. We spoke with the manager on duty, and they agreed to send us the payment history but was not able to remove it from my credit report. She told us, a payment for {$400.00} was made on XX/XX/XXXX and I was late paying {$53.00}, that is why they report it as a late payment. I made an additional payment on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$900.00} to clear up the account, but they were not able to remove the late payment from my credit. In the past, I asked if my payment due date can be changed to a later date because it was conflicting with my rent that was due on the same day, and it would allow me to make my car payment on time if the date was changed. I explained to the manager on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX and she agreed to change the due date.
