On XX/XX/2023, I purchased a puppy from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After deciding which puppy to take home, XXXX XXXX, XXXX of the employees at XXXX XXXX helped me. He said I was approved with XXXX XXXX XXXX and my payment would be roughly XXXX XXXX monthly for 12 months which seemed amazing. I filled out the stores contact and agreed to everything. While agreeing to XXXX XXXX XXXX it was something totally different. After I got home I noted the awful news! XXXX XXXX XXXX contract stated I would make payments of XXXX XXXX bi-weekly for 12 months and the interest rate came to 179 %. I got a hold of easy pay finance and stated I agreed to something different at the store, they told me to contact the manager at XXXX XXXX. I quickly contacted the manager XXXX XXXX as he informed me he was not able to help and he lack communication.
