Yes I learned that my mortgage company united wholesale mortgage company. Put me in a forbearance program in XXXX without my knowledge or consent and signed the documents without my knowledge or consent. I have been making my payments on this loan with them since my last refinance since XXXX. I want to file a criminal complaint because I did not need a forbearance program because I never had trouble making my mortgage payments during the height of XXXX. When I asked the company why i was in forbearance program, she said because of covid. During covid I did not have any trouble making my payments as i have been retired since XXXX from the military.
