There are two account that are old and past seven years old. The first one is XXXX and the other is XXXX XXXX. I first did two disputes with all credit bureaus and they refuse to remove the outdated files. I then reached out to both credit lenders and XXXX XXXX agreed to remove the account. This has not happened and its been over thirty days. I reached out to XXXX XXXX for XXXX and actually spoke to a live person that stated that they no longer had my account information in their database and could not assist me any further. I then filed another dispute with all three bureaus without any results except the usual response '' please reach out to the lender ''. Both creditors have zero balances and was closed due to inactivity over eight or nine years ago. I need help in removing this outdated information. I did everything possible with all three bureaus before contacting this agency. Please help me resolve this never-ending issue.
