There was a collection on my credit report for {$660.00} from radius global solutions. It was not mine, it was for my XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter from XXXX for an XXXX visit. We contacted XXXX and they admitted their mistake because they thought my daughter was a minor. They took me off as the responsible party and they contacted Radius Global Solutions twice. I thought this would be an easy process because the bill really isnt mine. But, when I contacted the collection agency and spoke with XXXX XXXX she said that XXXX did contact them on XX/XX/2023 and removed the collection account from their office but they would not remove it from my credit because it has not been settled! WHAT?! I told her that is illegal and shady to try to collect from someone who doesnt owe the bill. They said they record their conversations so her saying that should be on record. I have also attached the bill showing that the bill is not even in my name.
