On XX/XX/XXXX, I had {$10000.00} transferred from my XXXX XXXX account to a new bank account I had set up earlier in the week with Associated Bank. After a week of the funds not being posted, I called Associated Bank. They said that XXXX stopped the transfer of those funds and that triggered a fraud investigation into my account so it was frozen. They said that the funds from XXXX were never received by Associated Bank and that I needed to speak to XXXX. XXXX says that the funds were definitely sent to Associated Bank and they have a tracking number to prove it. I called Associated Bank back and they said that the tracking number doesn't help them and that there is nothing they can do. I have spoken to multiple people at both banks and have called Associated Bank seven times in the past week to try to understand what happened to my money. At this point they are referring me to the same woman- XXXX in the fraud department - who just says there is nothing they can do. I have left a message at Associated Bank corporate headquarters and have not heard back. In my XXXX XXXX account, I can see the record of the funds being transferred to Associated Bank.
