In XXXX of 2022 i started receiving phone calls and voicemails regarding a loan past due. I called the company with no knowledge of this loan and expressed that to their representative. They told me it was mt ex husband who took the loan out and I had been put under the laon as well. Since then he has not been paying this loan and it has hit my credit. they told me over the phone i could not be taken off the loan unless I report it as fraud as i am doing.
