In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX provided services to XXXX XXXX. She is my daughter, BUT I have absolutely NO Custodial rights to her at all! Her mom did and she signed those over to my mother, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, NH, in XXXX of XXXX. I have had little to no contact with them for years. We do not talk, even more so now since this issue. XXXX was here on vacation visiting when we had to call for services. I called my mom prior to XXXX and she said to call them, which means she authorized the charges, not me! When the XXXX was called, I gave them all of XXXX 's medical cards and insurance information. That information included all of her legal guardians contact information. Everything was billed properly except the ambulance bill. They said they tried billing NH Medicaid, which is what she had, and they denied payment because it was out of state. They then called her legal guardian, XXXX XXXX, to which they left numerous messages and got no returned call. After they got no where with her, they took it upon themselves to bill me, as my house was where the call was from and we had the same last name. When I spoke to the company, the manager was very misogynistic and said I needed to man up and pay the bill. They said they tried calling every number in NH and no one would call them back. That's why I'm being billed. That's not how the law works! But they refuse to remove this bill from my credit report. It is fraud, they admitted it was fraud and they still confirm the account when disputed through all credit bureaus. I need this account removed Immediately. Thank you!
