Information has been reported in error. Have sent multiple requests to alleged creditors and not resolved. This has inadvertently damaged my credit report after filling identity theft report and communicating such to bureaus. What I requested Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of date that disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that you used to verify them. Account numbers referenced XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In accordance with section 609 ( e ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, please send me copies of business records relating to the the above referenced account number. The law directs you provide me with these documents for free and without requiring a subpoena within 30 days of getting my request. Be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your office provide me with competent evidence that I have a legal obligation to pay you.
