The following accounts are fraudulent and do not belong to me. I demand immediate removal. 1. Provide a complete log regarding dates and times you attempted to contact me. If this alleged account was established by another party, then please detail your relationship- i.e., whether you are reporting this information as an assignment or whether you have purchased an alleged account outright. Also provide the account details for at least a year leading to this action, as well as any collection fees or interest and, if you are a third-party collector, your license or bond to collect in my state so that I may confirm your identity. Should you be unable or unwilling to answer, then you should respect my consumer and privacy rights and remove the damaging trade line from my credit reports immediately. I demand that you show me a copy of the items listed in this letter as well as stated below if you can not produce these items, you must delete them. 2. 1. Validation of the debt is the actual accounting. 3. 4. Verification of signed Invoice. 5. A copy of the Contract binding both parties ( you and them ), in a letter by certified mail so that there is an independent witness to it having been delivered. 6.
