In XXXX XXXX XXXX my statement said next payment due was XX/XX/XXXX. I called them to confirm that this was correct and they said yes. I none of my statements every showed anything past due. When I wanted to make a deposit into my escrow they accidenttally processed it as a payment. I had them reverse it, now all of a sudden they claim I am two months past due and need to pay right now. My spouse had to file bankruptcy XXXX years ago and just becaus she was on the deed as a resident they took toal advantage. Now my spouse is ready to discgare here bankruptcy they are coming back for on last pay day. Please do not work with company they operate in a very unprofessional manner, I feel like i need to operate through an attorney at all times when dealing with them.
