On XX/XX/, I took matters into my own hands and sent Hunter Warfield a debt validation letter. In the letter, I asked Hunter Warfield to validate this alleged debt with the following questions : 1. The name and contact details of the original creditor. 2. A detailed breakdown of the debt amount, including any interest or fees that may have accrued. 3. Proof of any written agreement or contract that establishes my liability for this alleged debt. 4. Verification that your agency is authorized to collect this alleged debt. Hunter Warfield ignored my previous questions and only answered question 2. Hunter Warfield responded to my debt validation letter by stating I owed {$320.00} with a XXXX XXXX interest rate and ignored all my other questions that would validate my alleged debt. The company sent me a lease application agreement but did not send me a contract between me and Hunter Warfield. Hunter Warfield violated code 15 USC 1692d- Harassment or abuse because the company reported this alleged debt to my credit which can ruin my reputation. The XXXX XXXX XXXX is the original creditor, and they sold my personal information along with the debt, to Hunter Warfield which is a violation of code 18 USC 1028. I know they sold my personal information to Hunter Warfield without my permission because Hunter Warfield has my old address where I no longer reside on file.
